Return & Refund Policy – RH Mall

At RH Mall, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • A ₹89 return fee will be applicable on all returns.


2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

We will not accept returns if:

  • The product is used, damaged, soiled, or altered

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

Such items will be sent back to the customer, and shipping charges will be applicable.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return

  • If the product/design is correct as ordered, return or exchange will not be accepted


4. Reverse Pickup

  • We provide reverse pickup in selected locations based on courier availability

  • Pickup will be arranged within 3–5 business days after return approval

  • Customers are requested to keep the package ready

If reverse pickup is not available:

  • Customers must self-ship the product using a reliable courier

  • The item must be shipped within 7 days of return approval


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality inspection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days

  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method


6. Important Notes

  • Returns are subject to verification and approval

  • RH Mall reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
