At RH Mall, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

A ₹89 return fee will be applicable on all returns.
2. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
We will not accept returns if:

The product is used, damaged, soiled, or altered

Tags or original packaging are missing
Such items will be sent back to the customer, and shipping charges will be applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return

If the product/design is correct as ordered, return or exchange will not be accepted
4. Reverse Pickup

We provide reverse pickup in selected locations based on courier availability

Pickup will be arranged within 3–5 business days after return approval

Customers are requested to keep the package ready
If reverse pickup is not available:

Customers must self-ship the product using a reliable courier

The item must be shipped within 7 days of return approval
5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality inspection

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days

Refund will be issued via the original payment method
