At RH Mall, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details

2. Cancellation After Shipping

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled

  • In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

4. Order Cancellation by RH Mall

We reserve the right to cancel your order under certain circumstances, including:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Payment failure or verification issues

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
